Important Information About Coverage, Licensing, and Compensation
Effective Date: October 8, 2026
Last Updated: October 8, 2026
Insurance descriptions on this website are general summaries provided for informational purposes. They do not create coverage, change a policy, guarantee eligibility, or describe every term, condition, or exclusion that may apply to a particular applicant, insurer, state, or claim.
Licensing
World Insurance Network, Inc., a Nevada corporation doing business as WIN Insurance Agency, is a licensed insurance agency.
- Nevada Resident Producer Firm License No. 3201506
- Agency National Producer Number 18184569
- Responsible Licensed Producer: Jason Halpern, National Producer Number 2619094
We are licensed in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, and Utah, and we update this list as licenses are added. We solicit, negotiate, and sell insurance only for persons and risks in states where we are licensed for the applicable line of insurance. Information on this website is not an offer to sell insurance in any state where we are not licensed. If you are located in another state, we may refer you to an appropriately licensed producer. You may verify our license status with your state insurance department or through the National Insurance Producer Registry using our National Producer Number.
Coverage Depends on the Issued Policy
All coverage is subject to underwriting approval by the insurer and to the terms, conditions, definitions, limits, deductibles, exclusions, and endorsements of the policy actually issued. If anything on this website differs from the policy, the policy controls. Examples, scenarios, and descriptions of exposures are illustrations only and do not promise that any policy will respond to a particular event or claim.
Quotes, Applications, and Binding
A quote or premium indication is based on information available at the time it is prepared and may change after underwriting, inspection, audit, or verification. Submitting an application or paying premium does not create coverage. Coverage begins only when an authorized insurer or its authorized representative confirms in writing that coverage has been bound.
Website, Email, and Text Requests
A website form, email, voicemail, text message, or document upload does not bind, change, renew, reinstate, or cancel coverage. Do not consider a request complete until a licensed member of our team confirms it in writing.
Our Role and Compensation
We are an independent insurance agency and brokerage. We work with multiple insurers, managing general agents, and wholesale brokers, and we may be appointed as an agent of the insurers with which we place coverage. We do not represent every insurer, and we may not present every available market.
We are generally compensated through commissions paid by insurers or their intermediaries based on the insurance you purchase. Commission rates vary by insurer, product, and line of coverage and may differ among the options we present. We may also receive additional compensation from insurers or intermediaries, such as contingent, profit sharing, volume, or bonus payments, based on factors that may include the total volume, growth, profitability, or retention of business we place. You may request information about the compensation we expect to receive from your purchase and, where applicable, from any alternative quotes we presented, by contacting us at info@worldinsnetwork.com.
Broker Fees
In addition to commissions, we may charge a broker fee for our services where permitted by the law of the state where the insured is located. Before you become obligated to pay a broker fee, we disclose in writing the amount of the fee, the services it covers, that it is separate from and in addition to the premium charged by the insurer, and whether and when any part of it is refundable, and we obtain your written agreement. A broker fee is not premium and is not paid to the insurer.
Surplus Lines and Nonadmitted Insurers
Some coverage, including specialty and program coverage, may be placed with surplus lines or other nonadmitted insurers. These insurers are not licensed in your state in the same manner as admitted insurers, are not subject to the same rate and form regulation, and policies they issue are not protected by the state insurance guaranty fund. Surplus lines placements are subject to state surplus lines taxes and fees. We will tell you before binding if a recommended insurer is nonadmitted.
Peptide Insurance Program
Eligibility for the peptide insurance program requires that products be labeled for professional use and meet all other insurer underwriting requirements. Coverage descriptions for peptide clinics, med spas, medical directors, distributors, wholesalers, and private label sellers are summaries of coverage that may be available and are subject to the issued policy. We provide insurance services only. We do not provide medical, pharmaceutical, compounding, or regulatory advice, and nothing on this website is a statement about the safety, efficacy, or regulatory status of any peptide or other product, or about whether any product or activity complies with federal or state law. Insurance does not cover fines, penalties, or uninsurable conduct, and it does not make an unlawful activity lawful.
Comparisons
Comparisons between program coverage and standard market coverage are general. Policy forms vary by insurer, and a particular standard market policy may provide broader or narrower coverage than described. A comparison is not a statement that any insurer or policy is inferior, and it is not a recommendation to replace existing coverage without a review of both policies.
Cost Recapture Program
Savings illustrations for the Cost Recapture Program are estimates based on stated assumptions. Actual results depend on payroll, enrollment, eligibility, employee elections, program fees, and the tax treatment that applies to each employer and employee. Participation by owners and highly compensated employees may be limited or excluded to satisfy federal nondiscrimination requirements. Final eligibility and program terms are confirmed in a written proposal and the governing plan documents. Employers should consult their own tax, legal, and payroll advisers before enrolling.
No Legal, Tax, or Medical Advice
We are not attorneys, accountants, or health care providers. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, accounting, medical, or regulatory advice. Review contracts, tax matters, and regulatory obligations with qualified professionals.
Insurance Fraud Warning
Any person who knowingly presents a false or fraudulent claim for payment of a loss or benefit, or knowingly presents false information in an application for insurance, may be guilty of a crime and may be subject to fines, confinement in prison, and denial of insurance benefits.

Notice for Website Forms
Submitting a website form does not bind, change, or confirm insurance coverage. Coverage is subject to underwriting and to the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions of the policy issued. Do not include patient information, medical records, Social Security numbers, payment information, passwords, or other sensitive information.
